NooJ association membership is now mandatory to participate in all NooJ conferences. The registration fee covers the following:

• a one-year membership to the NooJ association
• a volume of a past NooJ conference selection of proceedings (Springer Edition)
• participation to all conference sessions
• conference package
• certificate of participation
• 3 lunches and 5 coffee-breaks during the conference
• one welcoming cocktail 
• one gala dinner
• one excursion

Please note that authors are kindly requested to register and complete the payment by May 8, 2026 May 15, 2026 (early bird deadline), in order to facilitate the smooth organization of the conference, including the program.

• Non-Academic: 300€
• Student:100€

 Late - Up to June 8, 2026 (23:59 AoE)

• Academic: 250€
• Non-Academic: 350€
• Student: 150€

Please note that: 

• Registration for in-person attendance will close on June 8; however, remote participation will remain available until June 23.
• At least one author of each accepted paper must register to present the paper at the conference (either remotely or on-site).
• Registration fee is the same for both in-person and remote participation.
