The 20th NooJ International Conference will be held in the venue of the University of Naples L’Orientale.

The University of Naples “L’Orientale,” founded in 1732 by Matteo Ripa, is the oldest European institution of Oriental Studies.From its foundation, the university has fostered strong international collaborations, preparing students for global challenges. It currently offers six undergraduate programs in fields such as American and Latin American Studies, Archaeology, Comparative Studies, Eastern and African Cultures, Political Science, and Translation Studies. The Orientale University provides three PhD programs focused on Asian, African, and Mediterranean Studies; International Studies; and Literary, Linguistic, and Comparative Studies. Research areas include languages, history, geography, archaeology, artistic heritage, and socio-economic systems of various world regions. Located in Naples, one of Italy’s oldest and most vibrant cities, the university offers students rich intellectual and cultural experiences aimed at fostering understanding of people and cultural diversity in a globalized world.
